A great lunch idea
Spinach with cheese tortillas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach,
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh broccoli
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- flour tortillas warmed
Method
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir onion in oil until tender.
- Add the spinach, broccoli, garlic powder and cumin; and heat.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in cottage cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese with the mix.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup spinach mixture down the center of the tortilla.
- Roll up
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Uncover.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

stress?me?..ney
the new technology should help us (especially women) to coop with life in easier way. My understanding is that technology should make my life easier and less stresses..is it? not really.
However, nowadays huge percentage of women (especially moms) complain that they are stressed, or may be over stressed...
These are some steps that help me to de-stress (very effective):

These are some steps that help me to de-stress (very effective):
- drink water...more water, and water with a lemon.
- walk..at least half an hour a day..i know, no time, but i feel good when i give myself this daily present.
- switch to green tea, while limit my coffee to a one cup in the morning.
- eat more fruits and vegetables...
- eat yogurt. a plain yogurt is ideal, but the fruity one is not bad too.
- have a warm path. This is a real treat for the body and soul, even for 10 minutes only.
- breath...deeply. close your eyes, focus on the third eye and inhale slowly (for 10-15 seconds), hold it for another 10 seconds, then exhale slowly within 10 seconds. Repeat three to five time in one session, at least once a day. It does magic.
- and I take vitamin B complex. it is better if it is mixed with vitamin C.
- hoppy....search deep what you really like, you might be surprised. i never ever thought that i can do or like to do crochet, but it is my de-stress tool...

Lunch Idea
Veggie Omelette
Ingredients
· Green pepper, roughly chopped
· mixed salad leaves , to serve
Method
· Heat the oil in a small frying pan, add
the eggs and cook.
· When the eggs are still slightly runny
in the middle, scatter over the tomatoes, green pepper and feta, then fold the
omelette in half.
· Cook for 1 min more before sliding onto
a plate.
· Serve alongside a mixed leaf salad.
