one of the most important issues in having your business is planning, then planning then planning. to me, planning came along with the vision the one has for the business. how you imagine your business will be? what services you would to offer? how will you be distinguished? how will you deliver these services? whom will need your services? and how will you attract them?
arent all these your vision of business? and arent these are the steps you take and consider while planning for business?
then you start to solve the problems that come in your way to make your vision a real business. finding solutions, finding alternative solutions, work on these new solutions, change some steps....but your vision still is the main star that guides you towards your goal...
